WATI alternative for Telegram
Short answer: WATI is a WhatsApp Business API platform. On its pricing page and plan comparison (checked October 2026) the supported channels are WhatsApp, RCS, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, plus SMS on the Business plan; Telegram is not listed. If you need Telegram, you need a different tool: a cloud inbox that connects a Telegram bot, or a desktop manager such as TGDesk (coming soon) for regular Telegram accounts, with translation and image text recognition built in.

Bot inbox or account manager?
Pick a bot-based cloud inbox if you are starting fresh on Telegram, can point customers to a bot username, and need many agents and other channels in the same place.
Pick an account manager if your customers already message specific Telegram accounts (a manager's work number, a shop account), you run several of them, and you want those chats in one place without asking customers to switch to a bot.
